NEWLY Calculator – Privacy Policy

In short: no account, no sign-in, and no NEWLY servers. Everything you type, save or record in the app stays on your phone. The only data that leaves your device goes to Google: to show the optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob) and to process the one-time Premium purchase (Google Play). We never sell your personal data.
1. Who we are
NEWLY Calculator ("the app") is published on Google Play by NEWLY SOFT ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, who receives it and what choices you have. It applies only to the NEWLY Calculator app.
2. Data that stays on your device
The app stores the following only in its private storage on your device. We cannot see it and it is not sent to us:
- Calculator: calculation history, memory values (M+/M−), custom keys and macros, themes, keyboard style, language and other settings.
- Calculators (17 tools): values you enter in the currency, unit, discount, percentage, VAT, tip, savings, unit price, world time, loan, GPA, hex, date, body metrics, fuel cost, fuel efficiency and ovulation tools, and your favourite tools.
- Notes: notes, folders, checklists, templates, images you add, drawings, voice recordings, reminders and items in the trash.
- Locked notes: encrypted on the device with AES-GCM using a key held in the Android Keystore. Your note password is never stored in plain text.
Health-related inputs. The body metrics and ovulation tools may receive values such as height, weight or cycle dates. These are calculated locally, are not sent to us or to any third party, and are not used for advertising.
Currency rates. Exchange rates are entered by you and stored on the device; the app does not send your amounts anywhere.
3. Permissions

Images are added through the Android file picker or your camera app, so the app only receives the pictures you select or take. The app does not request camera or storage permissions.
4. Data collected by third parties

Data sent to these services is encrypted in transit. Its handling is governed by Google: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Ads appear only when you choose to watch a short rewarded ad to unlock a feature. Users who buy NEWLY Premium do not see ads. The app contains no other analytics or tracking SDKs.
5. Consent and your choices
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: a Google consent form is shown before any ad is requested. You can change your choice at any time from the app menu → Ad privacy options.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete it, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
- U.S. state privacy laws (e.g. California): you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising through the same ad privacy options and device settings.
- No ads at all: NEWLY Premium is a one-time purchase that removes ads.
6. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Apart from the Google services listed in section 4, the app shares no data with anyone. Exports (PDF, TXT, backups) and shares are created only when you choose to send or save them, to the destination you pick.
7. International transfers
Google may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under its own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Security
Your content is kept in the app's private storage, which other apps cannot read. Locked notes are encrypted on the device. Network traffic to Google services uses HTTPS.
9. Data retention and deletion
We hold none of your content. On-device data remains until you delete it in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Data held by Google AdMob and Google Play is kept according to Google's policies, and you can request access or deletion through your Google Account.
10. Children
NEWLY Calculator is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU/UK GDPR or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because we do not store your personal data on our servers, most requests are fulfilled directly on your device or through Google. For anything else, email us and we will reply within 30 days.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above shows the current version, and important changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

Kısaca: Hesap açmanız ya da giriş yapmanız gerekmez ve NEWLY'nin bir sunucusu yoktur. Uygulamaya yazdığınız, kaydettiğiniz veya kaydettiğiniz sesler telefonunuzda kalır. Cihazdan çıkan tek veri Google'a gider: isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar (Google AdMob) ve tek seferlik Premium satın alımı (Google Play) için. Kişisel verilerinizi asla satmayız.
1. Biz kimiz
NEWLY Calculator ("uygulama") Google Play'de NEWLY SOFT ("biz") tarafından yayınlanır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri neden işlediğini, kimlerle paylaştığını ve seçeneklerinizi açıklar. Yalnızca NEWLY Calculator uygulaması için geçerlidir.
2. Cihazınızda kalan veriler
Aşağıdakiler yalnızca cihazınızdaki uygulamaya özel alanda saklanır. Bunları göremeyiz ve bize gönderilmez:
- Hesap makinesi: hesap geçmişi, bellek değerleri (M+/M−), özel tuşlar ve makrolar, temalar, klavye stili, dil ve diğer ayarlar.
- Hesaplayıcılar (17 araç): döviz, birim, indirim, yüzde, KDV, bahşiş, birikim, birim fiyat, dünya saati, kredi, not ortalaması, hex, tarih, vücut ölçüleri, yakıt maliyeti, yakıt tüketimi ve yumurtlama araçlarına girdiğiniz değerler ile favori araçlarınız.
- Notlar: notlar, klasörler, yapılacaklar listeleri, şablonlar, eklediğiniz resimler, çizimler, ses kayıtları, hatırlatıcılar ve çöp kutusundaki öğeler.
- Kilitli notlar: Android Keystore'da tutulan bir anahtarla AES-GCM ile cihazda şifrelenir. Not şifreniz asla düz metin olarak saklanmaz.
Sağlıkla ilgili girdiler. Vücut ölçüleri ve yumurtlama araçlarına boy, kilo veya döngü tarihleri gibi değerler girilebilir. Bunlar cihazda hesaplanır; bize ya da üçüncü kişilere gönderilmez ve reklam için kullanılmaz.
Döviz kurları. Kurları siz girersiniz ve cihazda saklanır; tutarlarınız hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

Bu hizmetlere giden veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir ve Google'ın politikalarına tabidir: Google Gizlilik Politikası ve Google'ın, hizmetlerini kullanan site ve uygulamalardan gelen bilgileri nasıl kullandığı.
Reklamlar yalnızca bir özelliği açmak için kısa bir ödüllü reklamı izlemeyi seçtiğinizde gösterilir. NEWLY Premium satın alanlar reklam görmez. Uygulamada başka bir analiz veya takip SDK'sı yoktur.
5. İzin ve seçimleriniz
- AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre: herhangi bir reklam istenmeden önce Google izin formu gösterilir. Tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman uygulama menüsü → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri üzerinden değiştirebilirsiniz.
- Reklam kimliği: cihaz ayarlarından (Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar veya Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar) sıfırlayabilir, silebilir ya da kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları kapatabilirsiniz.
- ABD eyalet yasaları (ör. Kaliforniya): hedefli reklam amacıyla kişisel bilgilerin "satışı" veya "paylaşımından" aynı seçeneklerle çıkabilirsiniz.
- Hiç reklam görmemek için: NEWLY Premium tek seferlik bir satın alımdır ve reklamları kaldırır.
6. Paylaşım ve satış
Kişisel verileri satmayız, kiralamayız veya takas etmeyiz. 4. bölümdeki Google hizmetleri dışında uygulama hiçbir veriyi kimseyle paylaşmaz. Dışa aktarımlar (PDF, TXT, yedek) ve paylaşımlar yalnızca siz istediğinizde, seçtiğiniz yere oluşturulur.
7. Yurt dışına aktarım
Google, verileri ABD dahil başka ülkelerde, standart sözleşme hükümleri gibi kendi güvenceleri altında işleyebilir.
8. Güvenlik
İçeriğiniz diğer uygulamaların okuyamadığı, uygulamaya özel alanda tutulur. Kilitli notlar cihazda şifrelenir. Google hizmetleriyle iletişim HTTPS üzerinden yapılır.
9. Saklama ve silme
İçeriğinizin hiçbirini biz tutmayız. Cihazdaki veriler, siz uygulamada silene, uygulama verilerini temizleyene veya uygulamayı kaldırana kadar kalır. Google AdMob ve Google Play'deki veriler Google'ın politikalarına göre saklanır; erişim veya silme talebini Google Hesabınızdan yapabilirsiniz.
10. Çocuklar
NEWLY Calculator 18 yaş ve üzeri yetişkinlere yöneliktir, çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun uygulama aracılığıyla veri paylaştığını düşünüyorsanız bize yazın, kaldırılmasına yardımcı olalım.
11. Haklarınız
6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB/BK GDPR gibi düzenlemeler kapsamında kişisel verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama veya itiraz etme, veri taşınabilirliği ve denetim makamına şikâyet haklarına sahip olabilirsiniz. Kişisel verilerinizi sunucularımızda tutmadığımız için taleplerin çoğu doğrudan cihazınızda veya Google üzerinden karşılanır. Diğer tüm talepleriniz için bize e-posta gönderin; 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz.
12. Değişiklikler
Uygulama değiştikçe bu politikayı güncelleyebiliriz. Yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi güncel sürümü gösterir; önemli değişiklikler uygulamada veya bu sayfada duyurulur.
